We are the sons of butcher yusuf, in Yüreğir district of adana. We have been doing kebab business for three generations. Our father, akif ustafrom adana, started making kebabs in Tabla, opposite Yüreğir police school, in 1982.
He made hand-minced meat kebab himself, using the method he learned from his father and taught it to us, his sons. Akif usta passed away in 2010. Tabla maker and this profession are our greatest legacy. We continue to make adana kebab without compromising its originality.
